What's Their Secret?

The Woolastook 5 in Fredericton (NB) and The Links Summer Solstice in The Valley (NS) both saw a dominant performance in the Open Men's category with Cyclesmith sweeping the podium in both races. What's more, in the Valley, Cyclesmith racers were responsible for the top six finishers in that category. Not to be out done by the men, Cyclesmith has also seen the podium in the women's category.

How are they doing this? East Coast Mountain Biking Wants to know! Join us in the 'Whats New on ECMTB' Forum this Sunday June 29th a 8:00 p.m. where the Cyclesmith crew will answer our questions on "how they do it."

This is a first for East Coast Mountain Biking. This will be a live, open forum interview where you can learn from the East Coast's best.

How often do they ride? Where do they ride? What do they ride? Who do they ride with? What do they eat and drink before during and after races? Why did they start racing? Why do they continue racing? What is their favorite race course? Any superstitions? Rituals? What's the best training ritual road or mountain? Who is the meanest racer in the club? Who complains the most?

Find out this Sunday!
