ECMTB Skills Camps Cancelled Due to Injury

It is with extreme disappointment and regret that we are forced to announce that the 2006 ECMTB Skills Camps will be cancelled. Our instructor Jay Hoots has suffered a broken wrist that will prevent him from effectively teaching. Although we have made an effort to find a replacement, at such short notice there is no certified instructor available who can cover the scope of skills that Jay was scheduled to teach. We would like to extend a sincere apology to all participants for this unfortunate turn of events and inconvenience.

Registered participants can obtain a full refund by contacting Jeff at Sportwheels. We hope that we can reschedule the camps for late spring/early summer 2007. We will be contacting participants individually to inform them of this unfortunate situation.

Please note that the scheduled premieres of Stripped and Clorophilla at the Old Port Pub on Saturday, August 26th will still take place. We hope to see everyone there. As previously announced, admission is $5, all ages are welcome and we ask that you bring a donation for the local food bank.

Once again, we are sorry for the short notice and unfortunate circumstances. We wish Jay a quick recovery and hope to see him on our coast early next year to spread his skills and knowledge.

Our sincerest apologies,
Adam and Sue for ECMTB.com
