SHIMANO CANADA SUPPORTS COMMONWEALTH GAMES ATHLETES

Peterborough, Ontario: As one group of elite athletes arrive home from the Winter Olympics, another group is counting down to the thrill of competition at the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, Australia, March 15th to 26th.
Shimano Canada Limited, Canadian sales office for world leading manufacturer of bicycle components Shimano Inc., is proud to sponsor an impressive line up of athletes who are part of the 19 member Canadian team competing at the Melbourne Games.

Bisaro, of Courtenay, BC, who is now in New Zealand preparing for the Games, recently remarked "I am very proud to be representing Canada at the
Commonwealth Games in Australia. Even though it is very early in the racing season, I have strong motivation and lots of enthusiasm.
