Job Openings with ECMTB.com

ECMTB.com is currently looking for two new people to help with day to day operations. The positions of Web Programmer and Club Manager are waiting to be filled and we are now accepting applications from qualified individuals who value the role that this site plays in the local mountain bike community and wish to participate on a meaningful level.

Web Programmer

ECMTB.com, Eastern Canada's largest mountain bike site is looking for a new partner in the form of a Web Programmer. In order to push our web magazine to the next level we require the assistance and collaboration of an individual who is comfortable working with PHP, MySQL, CSS, HTML and DHTML. Web design skills are very desirable and experience with vBulletin and MovableType is definitely an asset.

The person we are looking for will be a relatively independent self-starter who is able to work in a group, take and share direction. We are looking for someone who understands the role that ECMTB plays in the East Coast mountain bike community, a team player who can find value in the experience of contributing to such a site.

This is currently not a paying position. We offer the successful applicant partnership in our website and the ability to participate at a decision-making level in one of mountain biking's most vibrant communities. The ideal applicant will be a mountain biker who is willing to dedicate free time on a regular basis to maintaining and developing ECMTB.com.

Interested? Please forward your resume and digital portfolio to jobs@ecmtb.com.
