Race Face Announces UFC III Competitor List

Race Face Performance Products, along with Giant Bicycles and Manitou Suspension is proud to announce the selection process for the third annual Race Face Ultimate Freeride Challenge has been completed.

All entries have been narrowed down to 16 videos which represents the 16 riders who'll be competing in this year's UFC. The "Sweet 16" selection was carried out at Race Face Headquarters by a star-studded panel which included: Wade Simmons, Richie Schley, Andrew Shandro, Tyler Klassen, Cory LeClerc and Derek Westerlund.

"We're really impressed with the quality of videos we received this year" says Race Face's Marshall Rutman. "The riding has definitely been stepped up but so has the production quality of the videos. It’s really going to provide a lot of entertainment for our online community over the next month and a half."

The 16 videos have been divided into four groups with the first round of voting beginning Friday, March 5th. Over the next six weeks, Race Face's online community will vote for their favourite videos and the winners will advance to future rounds for a chance to win a sponsorship contract with Race Face, Giant Bicycles and Manitou Suspension worth over US$25,000!
